Do you deliver to the UK?
Yes. We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, and delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 8 to 14 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get an email with a link to follow it on our tracking page.

Yes. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no extra costs added at checkout.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece you've changed your mind about. Email us at support@primrosenoir.com first and we'll tell you what to do next. You'll find everything in our returns policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used for your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens. Email us at support@primrosenoir.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
